Lots of tips and techniques for excellent results and a stress free Christmas lunch.

As a Turkey is a little large we’ll be using either a Duck or Chicken for the meat and a vegetarian centrepiece option. Please state your preference at the Checkout!

Then get in the kitchens yourself to recreate what you have learned. What you make you take! Delicious.
