When Station House first opened we were famous locally for our homemade Scotch Eggs.

In this half day class you will enjoy an introductory demonstration all about how to make your own Scotch Eggs and the sides and condiments to go with them. Then straight in the kitchens yourself to create your own.

You’ll get to make 3 eggs to take with you. Choose between the Classic Pork, Black Pudding or Haggis. Or maybe one of each?

What you make you take! Delicious.

N.B. Recipes may change due to availability of ingredients.

All tuition, factsheets, recipes, ingredients, aprons and utensils are provided and you don’t even have to do the washing up!

If you can bring takeaway boxes with you to try to reduce waste that’s great. If not boxes are provided!
