Triko’s Deli have been delivering mouth watering deli in Scotland for years now. In this full day class you will learn all about curing, fermentation and the benefits to you, basic pickling techniques and also how to make your own salt beef, pastrami and homemade mayonnaise.

Then it’s into the kitchens yourself to make your own classic ‘Reuben’ sandwich for your lunch and then your own salt beef, sauerkraut, pickles and mayo to take home. Delicious!

N.B. Recipes may change due to availability of ingredients.

All tuition, factsheets, recipes, ingredients, aprons and utensils are provided and you don’t even have to do the washing up!

If you can bring takeaway boxes with you to try to reduce waste that’s great. If not boxes are provided!
